For the Georgian wine makers the harvest season has been considered as the middle of the year where the time of both labour and celebration was identified. In this time, the daily routines of Georgian became a dance between the traditions and hard work in the production. Starting from the break of dawn up to the time when star fills the night sky the wine makers and their entire team have found to work tirelessly together the grapes (Svanidze and Costa-Font, 2023). Continuous labour is identified over there during the time and Georgia after that have celebrated for their land. During the time, the day begins early and after long, before the sun rises over the hills of Racha Lechukhmi, a cool morning here was found to be felt in the new harvest. After that, the workers were ready for the hard work and first there was a final check on the grapes vines to assess the ripeness of all the fruit. As per the information, the winemakers spend their night collecting grapes and identifying the acidity and sugar levels. It helps them in balancing the flavours so that decisions were taken over by the workers to maintain the quality of wines.
Once the grapes have been harvested then they are immediately transported to the winery for processing and after that winemaker and their entire teams will work together for the purpose of cleaning the grapes and removing any leaves (Viecelli, 2022). The craftsmanship of the winemaker has made decisions about the process of handling a variety of grape and identifying whether it will need to be fermented in the stainless steel tanks or oak barrels. Proper timing has been maintained by the makers. These are the main reasons for which the lifestyle of Georgia has represented the quality of their products.
