Kakheti has been considered as a well-known regional institute and they are known for their prestigious wineries. According to the information, different types of wine regions have been identified in this country who are offering unique terroir and lesser known grape varieties which help in creating district styles of wine (Dweck and Kershaw, 2021). It is considered as contributing to the growing diversity of the wine industry of Georgia. Exploring the lesser known regions helps in identifying the insights into high complexity about the wine culture of this country which is highlighting the possible growth and innovation beyond the established area. As per the available information, Racha Lechkhumi is contemplated as the area which is located at the Northwest which is near to the border of Russia. It is determined that the mountaineers' region had been overshadowed by the Kakheti however they have represented a long history of making wine. In addition to this, it is identified that the climate of this area has a more temperate climate and it was also representing cooler temperatures with abundant rainfall. Due to this reason, I consider it to be the ideal location for growing varieties of red wines.
The region has found to be particularly known for the production of a unique and differently aromatic red grape which can only be grown in the cool climate and it is Tsulukidze. It means that unique types of red wines have been made in this area which has deep colour and fruity flavour (Blanarik, 2024). Imereti has been considered as the region which is located at the central point of this country and it is also considered as a lesser known area which has been represented at different recognition. This region has been characterized with its humid subtropical climate and the most effective fertile soil. As per the available information, it provides the ideal environment for the growth of grapes and this area is known for the white wine varieties such as Tsolikouri (Salvado and Monteiro, 2024). These are representing the unique types of why it was identified from Georgia.
